LG OLED55B8S periodic visual glitching	Can't Post

Hi all! I'm having a problem with my (pretty new) LG OLED55B8S. I bought this 2.5 years ago. I've captured the problem on video: https://photos.app.goo.gl/o72P5xKfEmg6Cdyo8. The problem shows through the built-in menu as well as hdmi sources. I've tried the "oled refresh" in the maintenance menu, to no avail. Any idea how I can fix this? I'm experienced with soldering and have a hot air rework station handy :)

I've tried to replace the tcon board, exactly the same problem persists. Waiting on a new motherboard (eax68102603) now.

Didn't work either, think the panel is the problem
