LG TV ( 55LN5710 ) won't power on suddenly	Can't Post

Suddenly, after having no issues with this TV for the 3 years or so Ive had it, TV wont power on. I press power, it powers on for a half sec....i see the LG splash screen, then it immediately powers down.

Ive tried power cycling, nothing.

Any ideas? Fixable?

First step - take TVs back off and give innards good examination using your senses of vision, audition, olfaction and somatosensation.

Second step would involve confirming any fuses have continuity and taking voltage measurements.

Most likely the LED backlight needs replacing.
