LaCie electron22blue problem

I have a LaCie electron22blue monitor. When I turned it on one day,
it blue its fuse. I replaced the fuse, and when I turned it on, the new
fuse blew also. I opened it up, and examined the power supply PC board.
There were no signs of scorch or burn marks, nor any other visible damage.
I have been told to look for burn marks indicating a shorted cap near the
fuse, but there are no burn marks. What should I look for next?
