Magnavox 20MC4204/17	Can't Post

This set powers on and then shuts right back off. Sometimes it may stay on for about five minutes before shutting back off. I suspect either ps1601 or q1601. Any help regarding this problem is much appreciated.

I still haven't been able to solve this problem but i'm working at it. I replaced the thermistor and voltage regulator but to no success. The set continues to shutdown after about 2-5 minutes. It must be something common i'm overlooking because i'm encountering this problem with two other sets, different brands of course.
Anybody willing to throw out any ideas? I will give your suggestions a shot and post my results. Thanks.
