Magnavox arcing & blowing HOT	Can't Post

I have a Mag PTV780 ah01, I have an arcing problem. I have siliconed the anode leads on the tube side and it will arc 3-4 times over about a 3 week period then finally shorts the hot. I can't seem to find the source of the arcing, any ideas on where to look?

Have you checked the flyback, to see if that could be the source of the arcing?

I have looked at it, but I could not see any holes or burned areas on it or the splitter block.
