Mitsubishi TV CT37C1 problem

I have got a Mitsubishi TV CT37C1. There's only a horizontal line in the mid of the screen,
After I have change LA7838 and the Elect Cap, the screen still not alright as the pircture attached. There's also voltage measured by digital multi-meter & schematic, can anyone help?
