Mitsubishi VCR power supply test	Can't Post

What is the proper output for a Mitsubishi HS348 (Electrohome HVRE71) VCR power supply. I have one thats completely dead after a lightning storm and power outage. I had to replace two fuses but its still dead.

I don't have the schematic for that VCR but typical voltagees are
5VDC switched & 5VDC unswitched, 12 -14VDC, and 40 - 44VDC.
