Mitsubishi WS-65857 Not Responding to Remote

Hi All,
I need some help. I have a Mitsubishi WS-65857 Big Screen & it stopped responding to the remote yesterday.
First, I made sure that the Remote was working & it was. Next, I used my Touch Screen Universal Remote which is also programmed for the TV & it did not respond to that Remote either.
I can turn the TV on from the Front Panel & it works fine from the front Controls.
Next, I unplugged the TV for 2 Hours - Plugged it back in & no change. - Then I unplugged it for 6 Hours, Including the Cable TV Connection. ( BINGO - It worked again! ) - The Hard Reset seemed to work..... or so I thought.
I came back to it several Hours Later & it stopped responding to the remote Once again.
Could this just be the IR Sensor? Something more?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
