Mitsubushi: No video, audio and menu work fine Can't Post
I have an old Mitsubishi CK-35402, 35" console tv...Not used for 3 years....I turned it on recently and there is sound, and the menu will pop up, etc.., But No picture (totally black)...Is it a fried picture tube? any ideas appreciated....

John First thing you should do is to replace all caps in the power supplyand othe circuits most of them are bad,because noone in his right mind should leave a tv set for 3 years without pluging it in at least every 6 months or so.and expect the set not to go junk,do that to your car or other machines and see what happens,or even yourself stay layed in bad for 1 year and see if you can walk.

Turn up the screen control and see if you have vertical sweep!
