Hello all.
I've got a P52730CK (chassis PTK169PCB) that started giving me trouble a few months ago. The TV was fine for I don't even know how many years. That is, until I moved it into a new addition on the home. Every since then, it sort of has a mind of its own. Sometimes it powers on, sometimes it won't. It sounds similar to some of the issues other folks on here have ran into, but I don't even get the hissing that everyone keeps talking about. It's just dead. Then, I can leave it for a few days (sometimes weeks), and it works just fine.
The fact that it seems to have happened in the move made me think it was a loose wire somewhere, but I've had it apart countless times and can't seem to find anything. I've looked at the boards, and it doesn't appear that anything is burnt.
Any ideas? It's getting rather embarrassing using this thing as a stand for my 27"....
