NEC ct- 672s stereo receiver Television	Can't Post

I have this NEC and model CT-672S and it works beautiful and there is a problem with the sound it works great but in the middle of any thing it will stop the sound and when i bang on the side of the tv it comes back on. I removed the back of the televison and it has not had any static in the sound system but when i put it back on it happens again what to do sounds like a vibration problem with the backing and the sound board can I fix it my self

Sounds as if the termainal board ( the place where the outputs and speaker conections are ) has cold solder joints. Try resoldering all of these
