Need Help JVC TV volumen problem

 Hello Folks.
Can you help me? I have a JVC C-N21103 that have a problem with a sound and image. After I turn the TV ON, the sound goes to maximum does not matter how it was. The channels are not appears, the screen does not show signal. I can modified the sound (lower) by remote or directly in the tv, but as soon as I release the button, the sound goes to maximum again. Signal can not seen at the screen.
What´s your opinion about this failure?
