Hi, tv set was sent to repaired,was refused for repair and came back with missing parts, can someone plz tell me what is the value of R312 is ?

I did a parts search for that model and cannot find an R312 listed. If all else fails, you can go to www.samswebsite.com and download the Efact #2704-1 for $20 and hopefully find it listed there. With a set that old, it sounds like it is about time to upgrade. You might want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to earn a free replacement for that set with a little effort on your part.
