Hello.

I'm looking for the RCA part number for a small transitor.

It's labelled on a small diagram pasted to the interior of the chasis as Q108. Can anyone give me the part number or tell me how to find this information out?

go to tritronics electrons web site punch in model no. and placement no. note; you will have to rest of numbers after ctc169 as there are a lot of different ctc169s

The Tritronics part search form seems to be somewhat broken and won't always list all available parts. I couldn't find a way to locate my part. Any other suggestions?

Great!

The full model number is "CTC169GM AR 1063 C5N" which may contain some superfluous digits.

The small transistor is labelled Q108 on the both the PCB and diagram pasted to the inside of the chassis. It is located between locations 6AA and 6BB (according to the diagram).
