No Raster Can't Post
I am a young (in experience) and this is my first attempt to repair a T.V Set

Model# 136-M60
Serial# 83:305

Sharp -13"

Whenever I press the ON/POWER button, all I hear is click click and no Raster.
Need help!! whats wrong?
