Not sure what's causing these box lines on the TV?	Can't Post

We transported the TV and when we got it home it had this one it, please see link below. It did not get bumped around in transport so we suspect the damage or whatever it is may not be physical but we're not sure what it is.

The model is a Samsung UN58H5202AFXZC

Check any ribbon cables for proper seating. Otherwise is likely a bad tab on panel.
