Old 3-hole antenna outlet to tv coax input?

In my new/old home, I have a huge antenna sitting on the roof, but connected to an old 3-hole outlet (small round holes forming a down-pointing triangle, about 3mm diameter and 1cm apart). I found some information in another forum (see below), but not quite enough. Anyone knows how to connect it to my analog TV, which has a regular coax antenna input? Thanks sockets
