Old Commodore 1084S CRT - vertical? problem.. Can't Post

Hello all,
I have an old Commodore 1084S-D CRT monitor.

The problem I'm having can be shown in this picture. The letters in the picture should all be the same height, but due to the problem, are not:

I know a tiny bit about electronics, and nothing about CRT televisions. So far I've removed and checked every capacitor on the Vertical section of the schematic, but they all checked out (heck, almost all the caps were not only within stated tolerance, but within 5%).

The schematics are here:
https://gona.mactar.hu/...D_120V_Schematic.pdf

I am, of course, following all safety precautions when dealing with CRTs.

Any advice on where to look next is appreciated.

Don't forget Lytics in the 24V supply.
