Older Samsung 55" LCD has flickering white horizontal lines	Can't Post

Hello,

I have looked through the other posts, but couldn't find anything related to my problem. My TV is the model LN52A650 and I just picked it up curbside. It wasn't getting any power, so I replaced the power supply board and it's working now. However, when I turn it on, I have white flickering lines jumping across the screen and white characters on the screen look fuzzy and flicker a little. This appears to be going away after while. I wonder if it has to do with the main board, because the lines do not seem to affect the on-screen menus, only actual content. This is not my video, but seems pretty similar:

This also happens with different sources and cables and the capacitators on the power supply board are looking good.

Any idea, anybody?

Are you saying you think it's the capacitators? What I meant, of course, was that they don't have any visually obvious deficiencies.

Just saying. Spuds can look good on the outside, but be bad on the inside.

Fair enough. But can it be them if the problem only occurs when the TV is 'cold', meaning when it hasn't been used for a while? The issue seems to resolve itself after about 10-15 minutes.
