One Channel Buzz when White Colors appear	Can't Post

Hello,
I have a Citizen TV I bought about 2 years ago and it has a problem.
On Channel 7 it makes a loud buzzing noise when white colors are abundant on the commercial or show.
Its ONLY this channel and ONLY one network. I have lived in 3 places in the past 2 years and it did not do this when i had a different cable provider.

I assume i need to clean the signal or something.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is either caption buzz or overdrive, I would suspect the TV is overdriven. If you have an excessive input signal, the TV can not handle it and it ends up clipping and destorting the signal. see if making a poor contact betwee the tv and the cable stops it. If it does ask your cable provider to attenuate the signal.
