Orion TVCR2500 Can't Post

I'm trying to identify the vertical output IC.... #IC402 in a TV/VCR combo unit model TVCR2500. The part starts with LA7... but the last 3 digits have burnt off. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Whilst ordering that get a LA7838, its the more modern chip. Im not sure if the other guy knows or is guessing, I dont know for sure but if I were guessing it would be the 7838.
