Hello!

I have a Panasonic (Viera) TX-L42ETW5 LCD TV.
On DVB-T channels I can't see any picture problem.

On all of the HDMI ports the picture goes bad some minutes after start:

From USB playing there are some short vertical lines:

Where can i find the source of the problem?

All advice and/or service manual much appreciated.

Today the tv turns on for a second, but the green led is blinking endless (A-board EMERGENCY signal).
On the P-board P2 connector the next are measured:
1-3: 16V after 1 sec 1V, and again 16V
7 : 2,4V after 1 sec 0V, and again 2,4V
8 : 3,3V
9 : 3,3V
10 : 3,2V after 1 sec 0V, and again 3,2V

On the TNPA5608 board are the capacitors looking good.

I think that the previous picture issues and this problem is also come from the A-Board.
