Panasonic CT 27G11U Picture "jumpy"

My Panasonic TV picture "jumps" vertically, especially when some walks around the TV. Sometimes it starts on its own, and will sometimes correct if I tap the top of it. The jumping eventually becomes pretty constant--and exceedingly annoying. Any ideas?
