Panasonic TX-L39E6B Fault Can't Post

My beloved Panasonic TX-L39E6B has recently developed a fault which I cannot figure out.
If anyone could help me diagnose this issue I would be forever grateful.
Basically the TV has a pattern of lines moving over the picture.

Please see the attached pictures and video:
- HDMI Channel
- HDMI after pressing vol up/down twice
- DTV Channel
- Firmware Version
- Video

The pattern persists if there is no source video. Audio is unaffected. Power cycle is ineffective. Removing all connected peripherals is ineffective.
As you can see from the images the line display differently on the DTV channels the HDMI / Direct Source channels.
On a HDMI channel when the screen starts to artifact/tears pressing the volume up/down button twice temporarily removed the fault.

Firmware is up @ Ver. 3.734 as per Panasonic support

I have fixed the link.
Picture was fine with ribbon cables disconnected.
Picture test mode shows no artifacts or lines.
I think Its the main controller board.

I don't see how picture can be fine when any or all of THESE ribbons are disconnected.

You are correct. My mistake. I didnt explain correctly.
With ribon cables from mainboard to tcon board disconnected there was no picture.
I have ordered a replacement main board. Will report the results.

Still doesn't eliminate Tcon.

The test pattern is created by the circuit in LCD Panel.
In LCD Panel test mode, this test pattern is displayed unaffected by signal processing for RF or input signal.
If the normal picture is displayed, LCD Panel must be okay and the cause of failure must be in 'A' board.
