Hello everyone! I'm newbie and sorry for my bad English. The problem is when i turn tv on, screen goes flicker couple times and shutdown blinking red led once by 4 sec. I found service manual what tells me at problem is A-BOARD. Is there any safety system that prevents trigger voltage? if I have measured the right cord there's only~1volt. Should it be 5 volts?! all the leds would seem to work. Does anyone have similar problem?

What happens when you put into LCD Panel test mode?

Still abnormal picture ('screen goes flicker couple times and shutdown blinking red led') is displayed: The cause must be in LCD Panel.
Normal picture is displayed: The cause must be in A board.

Flicker and shutdown Mad
Test mode also flickers and show colors.
I think it's a board panel behind the stand mount.
Service manual according to the fault is in a board panel.

I return to the project when I'm not so busy.
