Panasonic TX-P46GT30B no sound after repairing the blinking lights of death

I was given this TV that needed repairing however once I repaired it and the TV worked as much as there was a picture on the screen but no sound. Anybody got any idea what might be going on? I have been on the Menu/sound and changed some settings however still no sound. I have tried the Viera Link to charge the setting to TV but it just comes up with Feature not available.
