Panasonic TX-P50X50B Power Problem Can't Post

Hi.

Hope someone can help me.

I know very little about the workings of TV's, I'm more of a computer person.

I have a Panasonic TX-P50X50B 50" Plasma TV which has developed a problem.

Sometimes after switching it off for the night at the mains plug, I switch it back on in the morning and it is completely dead. No red standby light, no clicks, no sound, just dead. I took the back cover off and did a continuity test on the internal fuse and the fuse in the plug which came back fine. Wobbled a few capacitors in case there was a loose solder joint. Still nothing. Left it unplugged over night again. Next day I heard a little click when plugging it in and sure enough, the red standby light was on. Turned the TV on and it was working perfectly. This lasted about 4 days. Plugged the TV in again this morning and dead again! Tested fuse again, no problem. Wobbled capacitors, still nothing. This time it does not want to know.

Any ideas please?

Urgent.
