Panasonic pincushioning

I have a Panosonic CT-36SX31E that the pincushioning
looks bad. The sides are bowed in. The geometry only
corrects it so far. It's not the one with the little board
on the back right, this one is part of the main board.
Tested most parts, maybe the IC but I have never seen
one go before. Any ideas?
