Panasonic plasma th-42pz80u diagnosis issue

I have a th-42pz80u plasma. I had a problem with my C1 and C2 boards, which I replaced, however, I'm having this problem wherein the center shows a big white bar with "speckles" and noise in it. Would this indicate a Ned to replace the A board? Any advice would be appreciated.
