Panasonic plasma tv turns off after 1 hr

My Panasonic plasma TH-42PA20 (I purchased in 2003) turns off after 1-2 hrs. Red power light goes on and off, blinks.
Remote control doen't answer.
I unpluged and pluged then power on. It woeks fine then it goes down again after 1hr (Not exactly but around 1-2hrs).
Back panel wasn't hot that much. I don't think it's over heat problem. I used to watch tv all day.
Help! Any suggestion?
