Partly displaced image Samsung Smart TV

I have a Samsung smart TV model UE40ES7000 that has a sort of flicker
It seems only on HDMI ports, not on Scart or VGI
Somethimes it flicker every few seconds somethimes it doesn't flicker at for a few days all.
We changed source and HDMI cabes
I recorded the screen and made a few stills of the recording.
In the still you see that a part of the image is moved to the right or left.
It is only a part of a second
