Parts: number, location,description.

I am very fortunate to have a schematic/service manual in my position (I won't go into the details).The schematic/service manual i am referring to has to do with an apex tv,mdl#AT 1302, chassis#CN 126.
My problem is this:There is a section of the schematic/manual which outline parts as follow:
Location. number. TYPE. DESCRIP.
C308. CHCAP00029. C111X-100V-0.33UFK Polyester film cap.
Another section as follow:
Position. parts. Type.
C308 Polyester film cap. CL12-100V-0.033UFK
C308 " " " CL11X- 100V-0.033UFK
Why is it that the same part(C308)is referred to in one section as CL12......AND CL11.... and then referred
to as c111x....in another section?
