Patchy display - LG 43" LED 43UH668V-ZA Can't Post

Hi,

Newbie to the forum, long time monitor engineer (CRT)

I am a little stuck with my LED TV and I wonder if anyone can shed any light on the issue please.

I have what looks like an old school purity issue on a 43" LED TV. When a white screen is displayed, it has mainly patches of blue tint. Obviously there is no purity / degaussing issues on an LED TV.

Is it scrap or is it fixable? I have read possible inverter fault but wondered if anyone on here has any views please.

Appreciate any help or advice.

Many thanks in advance.

Could also be a bad screen/panel.
