Philips 32PHH5129/79 Can't Post
My Philips LED TV is having horizontal lines for half of the left screen

There is no bloated capacitor

i have checked the tcon board connection. There is no problem

When i restart the tv, there is no horizontal line, but after 5 mins , the lines appear

The left side of the screen is having horizontal lines

Twelve pictures and NOT ONE of the Screen. Crazy

"IMPORTANT: Horizontal lines on the screen are virtually NEVER caused by a bad T-con board. Horizontal lines indicate a defective LCD panel (screen)."
