Philips 42" plasma TV	Can't Post

I just plugged in my new plasma TV, and there as a spark inside the TV. Now the LEDs still turn on, so it's getting power. But the red LED in front just flashes, and TV will not turn on. What happened? Is this possibly an easy fix?

Just thought I'd update my problem. The red LED in front blinks 7 times then pauses, and I am pretty sure that is a HV circuit problem. Anyone know where I can get a new one, or how much that will cost?

See that's my problem, I won the TV in a raffle, so there is no warranty. Therefore I need to get it fixed myself. :-(
