Philips 42pf9630A Dot Sploch on Screen

I have a Philips 42pf9630A Ambilight Plasma and replaced the y main, y buffer upper and y buffer lower with a used set of y boards that I bought off of ebay. The set now comes on and stays on but there is a sploch with red blinking dots about a foot in diameter and some at the top while the rest of the screen is black. I subbed out two other y buffer boards and it did the same thing, and today I subbed out another y main and it is doing the same thing. Has anyone seen this problem before and do they have any suggestions on what to try? I am going to include a picture.
