Philips 47PFL7422D/37, Help please Can't Post

I have a 47" Philips 47PFL7422D/37 that I'm having trouble with. It was on the other day, and all was well. A relay clicked, and the screen when off with no sound as well. The power light comes on, and a relay on the power supply board does click, but nothing. I have made a little video to show what the main board is doing at power up. I was wondering if anyone had a schematic or service manual for this TV, and if someone could help me troubleshoot it. I would appreciate any help.

Here a link to the video:

I'm thinking it's the main board, but I'm just not sure.

Thanks for any help.

CrazyThat was a good video. TY. Do you happen to have a high voltage probe? If so you can hold it over your inverters to see if they are turning on. If they are not, the issue is most likely in your power supply. Also check the caps on your power supply. Replace any that look swollen or crusty. Good luck to you.
