Philips pfl6008 [QFU1.2E] not starting from standby Can't Post

Hello,

I have 47pfl6008 to repair. Tv doesn't turn in, it's in standby mode but no diode and no reaction to remote/buttons. I've checked psu and it's ok. However ssb is not driving standbyn signal it looks like fusion cpu is dead. Power regulators also ok. There are 2 epoxy covered chips on ssb board which I cannot identify in schematic/pcb. I have heatten up a little cpu to check if there could be broken bga connections but it gave nothing. Anyone knows such issue and can help?

Best regards
