Phillips 60" Projection Chirping

I have a Phillips Model 60PP920217F Chassis DPTV305F
When I turn the power on I get no picture but instead get a chirping noise, it makes this noise as long as the power is on? Any ideas on what it might be? Thanks in advance for the help. Thomas
