Phillips Mag tp2780 c101 clicking transformer

Thanks For the shot at getting help.
Story goes like this!! turn it on and all I get is a clicking for what seams to be the main transformer. Where can I get a new one of these ?? it says wkg42b 03630c on it.
Under that it says 300847-0003 on the side it has 9705301.
Any help would be really cool
