Picture split by color (Toshiba)

Model: Don't now but its a big screen
I just recently when I turned on the TV, the picture is all disfigured by color. The bottom part has a arching red and the middle part is greenish and the top part has little effect but to the top right. You see double's of the picture like a 3d film which required 3d goggles.
Anybody might know what's wrong and have a possible solution?
