Picture too high RCA F27634ET Can't Post

I have an RCA F27634ET. The picture is too high and I am unable to read the scroll bar at the bottom of the screen when watching sports or the news. Anyone know how to remedy this problem or get into test mode to adjust the height of the picture?

RCA model F27634ET; Serial 641623115; build date 10/96

Thanks

To access the service menu, turn the set on, press the menu button and hold it down while pressing the power button. While holding the menu button, release the power button and pres the volume + button. The screen will display a one line menu, on the left the parameter 0.00 and on the right the value of that parameter 00. Release the buttons. Adjustments are made by selecting the proper parameter number and changing the value of that parameter. Use the channel up and down buttons to select the parameter and the volume + and - buttons to adjust the parameter. Select Vertical DC for centering and Vertical S Correction for size. Adjust for slight overscan. You might also want to check out www.FreeFlatScreens.com/?r=10948674 for an opportunity to earn a free replacement for this set with a little effort on your part.
