Possibly Dead Sharp TV

I have a 32" Sharp TV that about a week ago when i turned it on the picture went from a small white box to the full normal picture. Everyday its been gettin worse meaning its taking longer for the image to perfect itself. Well now when i press the power on it it clicks and the screen does a little flash and thats it. If i press the power again nothing even happens, no click. If i unplug and replug it in then its does the little click and flash again. Any ideas? Please help because i dont want to hurt anyone after its thrown out of my apartment window.
