Power Supply Board question.	Can't Post

Hey I'd love if someone could help me.

I'm going to replace 2 capacitors in the power supply of my plasma tv (680uf 25v) that are bulging out. But I think there's another problem here:
One of the power supply transformer has the yellow tape partially carbonized including some of the copper wires inside (causing a little buzzing the last time I turned it on) so I'd like to replace it too, but i don't know its specifications. There are 3 of these transformers: the little ones that have "it 0251 ~ SC 061206C" written on it and the big one that has "W22-SW...SC-03B.SC08037C Clover hi-tech"

TV Model: Flatron M228WA
Power: AC 100-240V 50-60Hz 1.8A

I found vendors who sells these transformers on internet but (again) I don't know which kind of transformers are in my tv.
Probably the easiest solution is to change the tv or to change the whole power supply board, but I'm doing this to learn new things because I really enjoy electronic.
