Power on issue - standby light w/ remote Can't Post

I have a Samsung 60" TV, model #PN60E550D1FXZA. When I plug it in, the red light blinks and then goes away, and it doesn't show anything on the screen. If I hit the power button, it will flicker, but nothing else happens. I do know it's partially turning on, however, because subsequent pushes on the power button yield noises as if I were navigating the settings menu. If I hit power on my remote, it will either blink the standby light and then the light will go away after a bit, or it will turn the standby light on solid (I believe in this case it's off). So slightly different behavior from the remote, but the screen still does not display anything. I've opened up the TV and cannot see any obviously damaged capacitors, so I'm looking to figure out which board I should try replacing - the main board, the power supply, or something else. There are a total of 4 large boards in my TV - the power supply, the main board, and 2 boards connected to the sides.
