I have an issue with the picture. It bounces up in down with a lot of horizontal lines. It a PIP equipped 50" Television I think it is the PIP card everyone keeps talking about any thoughts comments suggestion please! P.S. I posted another message in the incorrect board before so I'm reposting here.
