Problems with a TV bracket Can't Post

My mom more than a month ago fell obsessed about this TV bracket she saw in the BJ's. This TV bracket experienced a mount get up on it as well which seemed great for a flat screen TV. Well apparently it isn't. The Television in question is definitely a Samsung LN40B550 that could be VESA compliant consequently the holes are 200mm (7.9 inches) apart forming a square with the back. The bracket's mounting panel fits the television. Could there be anything I will do in times in this way? Is there some sort of device which may go in regarding the TV stand's mounting panel and also TV? This is the Crazysales tv wall brackent http://www.crazysales.com.au/...all-mounts-brackets/ . I would normally sit the TV on the TV stand in a case like this but the TV stand does not accept anything heavy to sit on the glass like a TV. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
