Proscan Model #PS32109- Startup Problem Can't Post

My Proscan Model #PS32109 will not start up when the power button is pushed. The only thing that happens is you hear an initial click, then a tick-tick-tick and then nothing else happens. I have checked power and the fuse and they are good. The Chassis number is #CTC197CH. Any information or help would be greatly appreciated!

Get a new flyback and horizontal output transistor. that will solve your problem. Also make sure you solder teh choke that is connected to the collector of the HOT. they crack and cause failures of both items.
