I hope that someone can help me. I have a RCA 36" TV model F36674ET and having problems with the On/Off power switch. The TV will not turn on using the remote or by pushing the power switch. But when you click on the Channel Up button the TV will turn on. I get a picture, but the following letters appear and will not disappear: POVO 7.29 TVG235. Two years ago while it was still under extended warranty the power switch was replaced. Any ideas how I can fix my TV. I'm not a technician and seeking advice.
