RCA 52" HD compatable Can't Post

Hi All ... just thought I would toss this in for comments before

I call in the service folks ... This RCA is around 8 months old ...

I have satellite , vcr and dvd connected.. the problem I have started to notice is a lot of the channels have become saturated in dark green ...

I have adjusted the tint to the max to compensate , but it appears to be getting worse ....

Any comments appreciated , Thanks

That's a strange symptom for a projection set that new. It sounds like the grey scale is off, but that should affect all channels, and all video sources. If the unit is 8 months old, it's still under warranty. Call an RCA factory authorized service center to schedule a service call. An interesting note, RCA has implemented a program for their digital HD sets. They provide priority tech assist to the technician in the field, and will ship parts over-night.

Thanks again for your help Mr Thompson .. They did come and adjust

the grey scale, he said it was leakage , while he was there we also found

vid 1 input has a feedback or hum in the audio

vid 2 input would only display in black and white ..

he didn't do anything with these ...said he had only allotted

enough time to do the color adjustment ..

The dealer I bought from has a three strikes it's out

warranty .. two more trips and they replace it ..
